2) What is your return/exchange policy?* If you are not 100% satisfied, return your original purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange price. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will work with you to exchange for a satisfying experience. Customer must pay return shipping for a refund or exchange. We do not allow refunds for a lot of shirts and mugs are made to order. All custom logo/name products are sold as is, no refunds or exchanges.
3) When will my items ship? We strive to ship all items in a timely matter, however, backorders do occur. Also some orders are made to order as well.
Our Standard Shipping Terms are as follows: Most orders ship within 2 business days however we ask that you please allow up to 5 business days for estimated shipping date of in stock items. In the event of a back order, shipping may take longer due to production schedules. We ship small orders by USPS and some issues that occur are completely out of our control, we will always try and work with you to make the situation satisfactory!
4) I have already purchased my item but did not use my code properly, can I get a refund for the difference? No. Please double check your order and promotional code before checking out. If a mistake is made, you will be permitted to apply the code to a future order. Unfortunately we cannot refund the difference if a code is not applied at the time of purchase.
